This coating can be applied to marginally prepared surfaces following SSPC SP 2-3 guidelines. Additionally, it conforms to irregular structures and profiles, making it a versatile coating option.

The coating can be easily applied on cold and wet surfaces and it remains unaffected by water, acids, salts or organic soil contaminants.

Moreover, it encapsulates lead paint, making it an optimal choice for a variety of projects. Unlike other solvent-based coatings, this coating contains no solvents, and is easy to apply to structures exposed to a wide range of temperatures - from Arctic to tropical climates.

After the application of this coating, it is immediately ready for use. It is important to note that the coating also complies with AS 4822-2008, ISO 21809-3:2008 and AWWA C217 standards, and is of high quality and reliability.

Dust and grit contamination can be avoided as dry abrasive blast cleaning is not essential

There are several key points to keep in mind when applying coating and wrapping to a surface:

1. The volume solution temperature must be maintained at or above 5 ℃ in order to ensure effective application.
2. Apply a thin coat of paste, making sure to cover threads, cavities, shoulders, pits and other irregularities on the surface. This will help to create an even coating.
3. For uneven areas such as flanges and valves, use mastic to fill in any gaps or voids. Mold the mastic to fit into any irregularities in the surface to create a smooth and uniform coating.
4. When wrapping the surface, use petrolatum tape while applying tension to ensure tight adhesion. This will help to prevent any gaps or bubbles from forming under the tape.
5. For additional protection from mechanical damage and air, it is recommended to use PVC tape over the petrolatum tape.
