This positioner is a mechanism for welding pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, and pipe-to-elbow. It mainly consists of two driven support rollers and one adjustable press roller. The height of the press roller is adjusted by a motorized screw bar and nut and tightened by manual nut pairs. It can be integrated with a pipe supporter or a column and boom to form a welding system.
