With the support of a professional team, Thunder Ebike focus on R&D/ OEM / ODM products according to the characteristics of different regions and customer needs. In an average of three months, we will replace new products to cater to the needs of the middle and high-end market.
Thunder Team has strict requirements in terms of product quality control, from small parts to complete vehicle assembly. The vehicle will go through a series of professional tests such as flat road test, bumpy road test, and uphill test to ensure that the products received by customers meet the standards. At the same time, we have set up multiple service centers overseas, which can provide convenient after-sale protection for overseas markets.

Thunder Ebike was founded at the year 2007,is a professional manufacturer of personal light electric vehicles, headquartered in Huzhou city of Zhejiang province, China. Thunder have their own production lines with an plant area of 16000 square meters,and our monthly production capacity of 5000pcs,and annual production of 60000pcs. Staff members include electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, product appearance designers, quality inspectors, warehouse managers, incoming inspectors and assembly workers.

The customers are mainly from Europe, North America, South America and Oceania, and we already cooperated with some big chain store,brand owners, wholesalers/distributors, supermarket and webshop sales company. Also,we offer drop-shipping services for beginners and online sales operators from our overseas warehouse in Europe,UK and USA.

Quality Control:

1. Our products are targeted for the overseas demanding market,and we have a strong sense of responsibility for the quality,we consider quality as our life.

2. We choose good suppliers to work together; the main fittings are mostly from Japan, Taiwan and other top suppliers

3. We carry on periodic training to our staffs, in order to enhance their consciousness of quality.

  4. All the components should be checked carefully before assembling, thus,we can make sure that the broken or deficient components will not be fixed to the bikes.

5. Each E-bike will be strictly inspected before packing and shipping out.,to insure that they could be satisfied with you.

  6. We always try to improve the quality of our products, meanwhile we pay much attention to our customer service, we will provide a certain amount of free spare parts to you when you place a quantity order, Quality problems will be solved at the first time when you come across it.
