Product Description
Strain wave gear (also known as harmonic drive gear) is a type of
mechanical gear system that uses a flexible spline with external
teeth, which is deformed by a rotating elliptical plug to engage
with the internal gear teeth of an outer spline. Outer circle:
circular spline (fixed)
The core operation of Strain Wave/Harmonic Gearboxes hinges on the
interaction between three primary components: the Wave Generator,
Flexspline, and Circular Spline. Each plays a crucial role in
converting input torque into precise output motion, setting these

Harmonic Drive systems are useful in increasing the output torque

use robotic arms.
