progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities
in 2005.
Sungallon production and administration location is in Guangdong,it
is one of the largest produce and distributors of Thermoplastic
Elastomers in China.
Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon
is able to produce a wide range of materials with
hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the
production capacity is in excess of 20Kt/year.
Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 12R&D
engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself
amission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor
made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety

Sungallon is certified under ISO9001,ISO14001 and GRS 4.0. As an
approved supplier to major toy producers we produce according to
several Restricted Substance Standards. Our facilities are designed
in such a way that it avoids cross-contamination of material.
To ensure compliance with standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 or our
clients' particular Regulatory and Safety Standards (RSS), we
engage the services of renowned testing bodies like SGS, UL-STR,
and Intertek.
