Our company have 28 professional operators, which means we have a certain manpower scale to support daily production activities.

• Floor area

The floor area is 5000 square meters. This is a relatively moderate area that can arrange production lines, storage areas, and office space reasonably, while ensuring sufficient space for daily operations and cargo handling.

• Building Area

The total building area is 25000 square meters, indicating that in addition to the production area, we also equip with additional office areas, warehouses, employee rest areas, and other auxiliary facilities.

• Device Configuration

-Our factory is equipped with 12 twin screw extruders, which are equipment used for plastic processing and can produce various plastic products.

-12 plastic particle cutting machines are used to cut plastic raw materials into particles suitable for processing.

-15 mixing tanks are used to mix different plastic raw materials and additives to ensure that the produced plastic materials have consistent quality and characteristics.

-There are also 15 homogenization tanks, which are used to further ensure the uniformity of plastic mixtures, which is crucial for the quality of the final product.

-12 cooling towers are used to cool the heat generated during the production process, keeping equipment and materials working at appropriate temperatures, which is particularly important for plastic processing.
