The W11 fully mechanical symmetrical three-roll bending machine is
widely used for bending metal sheets. The two lower rollers serve
as the driving rollers, powered by a motor and reducer through a
mechanical transmission system. The upper roller, acting as the
driven roller, is mechanically operated using motors, reducers,
worm gears, and gears to enable its lifting and lowering movements.
This multifunctional three-roll plate rolling machine is equipped
with a dedicated mold on one side of its tilting body, allowing it
to perform profile bending as well. All machine operations are
centrally controlled via an electrical system, making it
user-friendly and easy to maintain. This equipment offers an
economical, straightforward, and practical solution for metal
rolling tasks.

| Structure Style |
| The structure style of the machine is 3 roller symmetrical. The
top roller do the movement of elevation in the central position of
the two botton rolls. It's transmitted by screw nut and worm gear.
Two botton rolls are main drive rolls. They rotate by the meshing
between the output gear of the gear box and the botton roller and
supply the torque for bending plate. It's compact, easy operate and
maintain. |
