The effect of vibration reduction is 60% higher than that of an ordinary hard-supported dynamic balancing machine.
Zero Dynamic's high precision soft bearing machine tool spindles, electric spindle balancing machine adopts Zero Dynamic's self-developed balance measurement software. Together with the high precision data acquisition card, the equipment can meet G1 or G0.4 balance standard. The software also has spectrum analysis function and vibrometer function which can help analyze the causes of vibration.
