Working Principle:
1. Feeding: The waste cables are fed through a conveyor belt or a
manual feeding port to ensure uniform feeding. When entering the
copper rice machine, the blade inside the machine cuts it into
small sections for subsequent processing. A double-shaft shredder
can also be added for coarse crushing, and then it enters the fine
crusher for further crushing to completely separate the copper wire
from the plastic sheath.
2. Crushing: The cut cables are further crushed in the crushing
chamber to form smaller particles. This process can be achieved by
high-speed rotating blades.
3. Separation: The crushed mixture is separated by a vibrating
screen or an airflow separation device. In this process, the
density difference between copper and plastic is used to blow out
the lighter plastic through the airflow generated by the fan, and
the heavier copper particles fall. Copper particles and plastic
particles are effectively separated. Copper has a larger density
and will settle, while plastic will float with the airflow.
4. Vibration screening: Equipped with a vibrating screen, it is
graded according to particle size to improve sorting accuracy.
5. Collection: The separated copper rice (pure copper particles)
and plastic particles can be recycled separately. They are
collected into different containers for subsequent processing and
sale.
