Product Introduction:
The horizontal spiral centrifugal desludging machine is a
horizontal centrifuge with continuous feeding and continuous
discharging. The sedimentation rate is determined by the particle
size, particle shape, solid-liquid density difference and viscosity
of the material. The main machine of the horizontal spiral
unloading sedimentation centrifuge consists of a conical drum, a
spiral feeder, a differential, a bearing seat, a base, a cover, a
main motor, an auxiliary motor, and an electric control room. The
drum rotates at high speed, forming a strong centrifugal force,
which allows the sludge to be dehydrated 24 hours a day.
Working principle:
Under the action of centrifugal force, the suspension in the drum
is quickly separated into two phases, and the heavier solid phase
is deposited on the inner wall of the drum. Driven by the
differential gear, the screw feeder and the drum move
asynchronously. The separated liquid is discharged from the large
end or pumped out by a centripetal pump.
