Hydraulic Briquetting Machine Horizontal Scrap Metal Baler 200t
Equipment overview:
The hydraulic metal briquetting machine can squeeze various metal
scraps, steel chips, scrap copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and
scrapped cars into regular blocks of different shapes such as
square, column, and cylindrical. The hydraulic metal briquetting
machine is usually composed of components such as a frame, a
hydraulic system, a compression chamber, and strapping or wire
ropes. The frame is the main structure that supports and fixes the
entire equipment. The hydraulic system provides pressure and power.
The compression chamber is a space used to hold and compress scrap
metal. Strapping or ropes are used to fix and pack the compressed
metal. This can reduce transportation and refining costs and make
transportation more convenient and quick.
Working principle:
Metal briquetting machine compresses the scrap metal through
hydraulic system or mechanical force to reduce its volume and
increase its density, thus achieving baling. Usually, the scrap
metal is placed in the working chamber of the baler, and then force
is applied through the hydraulic cylinder or mechanical arm. The
compression mechanism is the core component of the metal
briquetting machine, which is used to apply high pressure to the
metal material to complete the pressing and forming. The metal is
compressed into a dense block or cuboid, and finally tied and fixed
with strapping tape or wire rope. After pressing is completed, the
discharging system will automatically take out the formed metal
block and transport to subsequent process. The discharging
system usually includes a push-out device, a conveyor belt and
other mechanisms.
