Overview of Tunnel Kiln

the equipment to meet the heat demand of the product.
The Working Principle of Tunnel Kiln
1. Place the sintered product directly or indirectly on the push
plate with high temperature resistance and friction resistance, and
move the product placed on the push plate by the propulsion system
according to the process requirements of the product, and complete
the sintering process of the product in the furnace.
2. According to the number of parallel push plates in the single
furnace body: single push, double push plate; According to the
movement direction of the pushing plate in the furnace, it can be
divided into reverse and same direction. According to the movement
cycle of the push plate, it is divided into automatic,
semi-automatic movement, etc. According to the atmosphere of
sintering products: oxidizing atmosphere, neutral atmosphere,
reducing atmosphere, alkaline atmosphere, acid atmosphere, etc.
3. The temperature control system of tunnel push-plate kiln is
controlled by a single circuit intelligent temperature controller
imported from Japan; Imported chip SSR module; The main temperature
area is measured by domestic high quality thermocouple. The control
mode adopts periodic zero crossing control. The propulsion system
adopts classic screw propulsion, Siemens PLC logic program control,
stepless frequency conversion speed regulation; The high
temperature area of the kiln adopts upper and lower independent
temperature control.
The Scope of Application of Tunnel Kiln
Tunnel push-plate kiln is suitable for electronic glue discharge,
sintering, silver burning of magnetic ceramic products, zirconia
porcelain knife glue discharge, zirconia ceramic injection watch
chain glue discharge, zirconia granulation powder calcination,
lithium cobalt acid battery electrode material and battery cathode
material sintering, The sintering temperature of electronic
ceramics, structural ceramics, high-aluminum ceramics, chemical
materials, electronic components, magnetic materials, electronic
powder, luminescent powder (luminescent powder, phosphor) and other
products can reach 1700℃.
