Cement Rotary Kiln Gypsum Titanium Dioxide Rotary Kiln Calcination
Working principle of rotary kiln:
Rotary kiln cylinder with refractory lining inlaid inside the
cylinder and specified inclination to horizontal
line. A large gear ring is fixed on the span inner cylinder
near wheel belt at feeding end with tangential spring, and small
gear meshed with it below. During normal operation, the main drive
motor transmits power to the open gear device through the main
reducer to drive the rotary kiln. The material enters kiln
from kiln tail for calcination. Due to inclination and slow
rotation of cylinder, the material rolls in circumferential
direction and moves in axial direction, continuing to complete
decomposition and sintering process. Finally,mature material enters
cooler through kiln head cover for cooling.
