Ceramic crusher machine that uses high-speed rotating hammer to
crush ceramic materials. It is crushed into small particles through
strong impact force to achieve the purpose of dispersion and
granulation.
Working Principle:
Large pieces of iron-free raw materials such as glass or quartz
sand fall vertically from the upper part of the machine into the
high-speed rotating impeller. Under the action of high-speed
centrifugal force, they collide and crush at high speed with other
materials that are shunted around the impeller in the form of an
umbrella. After impacting each other, the materials will form eddy
currents between the impeller and the casing. They will impact, rub
and crush each other multiple times, and then be discharged
straight from the bottom to form a closed circuit for multiple
cycles. The screening equipment will control it to achieve the
required finished product granularity.
