Working principle:
The main machine of Raymond mill is equipped with rollers, which
grind and finely grind materials through friction and pressure. The
working principle of Raymond mill is to crush and grind materials

the main machine from the feeding port and is compressed and broken
into smaller particles under the action of centrifugal force and
friction. Subsequently, the material is screened by the analyzer,
and the fine powder that meets the requirements enters the fan, and
the coarse powder is returned to the host for regrinding, and
finally reaches the required particle size.
Work process:
1. Material feeding: Materials enter the host machine through the
feeding port.
2. Crushing and grinding: The material is crushed and ground under
the pressure and friction of the rollers.
3. Screening and grading: The fine powder is screened by the
analyzer, and the coarse powder is returned to the host machine for
regrinding.
4. Wind conveying: The fine powder that meets the requirements
enters the fan and is conveyed to the dust collector or storage
equipment by wind.
