Scrap Metal Recycling Production Line Consists of Scrap Metal
Recycling Production Line
1. Feeding system: responsible for transporting waste metal raw
materials to the production line.
2. Metal crushing machine: the core equipment, through the hammer
structure and counter lining structure to scrap metal crushing
treatment.
3. Magnetic material sorting system: including magnetic sorting
drum sorting machine and other equipment, used to separate iron
metal from non-iron metal and other impurities.
4. Material transfer system: including metal conveyor belt, etc.,
responsible for transferring materials in the production line.
5. Non-ferrous metal sorting system: such as eddy current sorting
machine, used to further separate iron and non-ferrous metals, such
as aluminum, copper, etc.
6. Dust removal system: The dust generated during the treatment
process is collected through the central dust removal system to
ensure the cleanliness of the production environment.
Working Principle
1. Scrap metal raw materials are fed by mechanical snatch arm or
manual feeding, and enter the metal crushing machine through the
feeding system.
2. In the metal crushing machine, the material is broken into a
size suitable for subsequent treatment after repeated strikes,
collisions and kneading by the hammer structure and the
counterpunching liner structure.
3. The broken material is discharged through the sieve plate, and
the unqualified material is broken repeatedly until qualified.
4. The broken material enters the magnetic material sorting system,
the iron metal is separated, and the non-ferrous metal and other
impurities enter the non-ferrous metal sorting system for further
processing.
5. The dust generated in the whole process is collected by the dust
removal system to ensure the environmental protection of the
production environment.
