Highlight: Forged Steel Swing Check Valve
Product introduction:
Forged steel check valves have three types of bonnet designs. The
first is the bolted bonnet: for valves designed in this form, the
body and bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts, sealed with a
spiral-wound gasket (made of 316 stainless steel with flexible
graphite insert). Metal ring joints can be used upon special
customer requests. The second design is the welded bonnet: valves
of this design feature a threaded connection between the body and
bonnet, with full-weld sealing. Through-weld connections can be
adopted for special customer requirements. The third is the
pressure-self-sealing bonnet: valves with this design have a
threaded body-bonnet connection, sealed by an internal pressure
self-tightening ring.Check valves exist in three different structural designs: lift
check valves, ball check valves, and swing check valves.

Product features:

installed in horizontal pipeline, swing check valve is suitable for
the occasion of large diameter, fluid resistance is generally less
than the lifting check valve,
2. Swing check valve rocker arm and disc connection using spherical
connection structure, so that the disc in the range of 360 degrees

position compensation.
3. Swing check valve with built-in rocker arm swing structure, all
valve opening and closing parts are installed in the valve body, do
not penetrate the valve body, in addition to the flange part with
sealing gasket and sealing ring, the overall no leakage point,
eliminate the possibility of valve leakage.
