Highlight: Bellows Globe Valve
Product introduction:
Bellows-sealed gate valves, also known as bellows-packaged gate
valves, form a metallic barrier between the fluid medium and the
atmosphere through automated roll welding, ensuring zero stem
leakage. The valve stem features a dual-sealing structure combining
bellows and packing, guaranteeing leak-proof sealing, particularly
suitable for pipelines carrying flammable, explosive, toxic, or
valuable media. The bellows are crafted from stainless steel or
Inconel, with a scientifically designed structure that resists
fatigue and ensures extended service life.
Product technical parameters:
Nominal Pressure PN(MPa) | 1.0 - 4.0 | Nominal Diameter DN(mm) | 15~600 | Test pressure (MPa) | Strength (water) | 1.5 times of pressure nominal | Sealing (water) | 1.1 times of pressure nominal | Sealing (Air) | 0.6 times of pressure nominal | Sealing for bellows (water) | 1.5 times of pressure nominal | Raw material | WCB, CF8, CF8M | Medium suitable: | Water, steam, oil mediums | Working temperature | -196℃~600℃ | Connection type | Flange | Operational method | Hand-wheel, bevel gear, pneumatic and electric actuators |
Product features:
For the bellows globe valve, its key component is the metal
bellows. The lower end is automatically roll-welded to the valve
stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically roll-welded to
the connecting plate, forming a metal barrier between the fluid
medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero stem leakage. The valve disc adopts a conical design, and the sealing surface is
streamlined with the medium, resulting in better sealing
performance and longer service life. The dual-sealing design (bellows + packing) ensures that if the
bellows fail, the valve stem packing will also prevent leakage,
complying with international sealing standards. The valve cover is equipped with a grease nipple, allowing direct
lubrication of the valve stem, nut, and bushing. Traditional globe
valves can only lubricate threads. The ergonomic handwheel design features a longer service life, easy
and convenient operation, and greater safety and reliability.
