Product introduction:
Full capacity safety valve is used on steam medium equipment and
pipelines in large thermal power plants as an overpressure
protection device. This valve has the characteristics of high
discharge coefficient, accurate opening pressure, small opening and
closing pressure difference, good sealing, and easy adjustment. The
full capacity spring safety valve is one of the leading products
developed by our company. It can be used on the drum, superheater
header, reheater, and pressure vessel of 220t/h to 410t/h boilers
matched with 50000 KW and 100000 KW units, to prevent pressure
increase beyond the allowable value and ensure safe operation of
the unit. It has been widely used by users so far.

Product features:
1. Nozzle-shaped valve seat: Designed using the Lafarre nozzle
principle, the steam flow rate at the outlet of the valve seat is
supersonic, resulting in a large emission coefficient. The sealing
surface of the valve seat is plasma sprayed with cobalt based hard
alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long
service life.
2. The valve disc adopts a thermal stress compensation structure,
which is divided into two parts: the valve disc and the hot valve
disc. The purpose is to fully utilize the thermal deformation of
the valve disc to achieve sealing. The hot valve disc is made into
a tongue shaped structure to use its small elastic effect to
prevent leakage.
3. Spring: The spring is a key component that determines the
performance of a safety valve. Different springs are designed for
different set pressures and opening and closing pressure
differentials.
4. The valve stem head and the valve disc gasket are welded with
cobalt based hard alloy, which has high hardness, wear resistance,
and long service life.
