Description:

Soft seal V Cut Pneumatic Control Valve is widely used in chemical industry petroleum textile electric power food

and pharmaceutical refrigeration paper and other industries system control.The V- cut in disc can rotate reversely

& correspondingly with metal seal to produce shear force to cut off fibre and prevent the block.

The Innovative & improved metal seal valve has the sealed surface of flange without screw hole to enhance the sealing

strength which can effectively avoid the danger of surface leakage for the metal sealed valve's flange surface.

pneumatic piston actuator is divided into spring-type and spring-free type. When the valve is required to be fully opened

or closed under fault it is equipped with spring type (by restoring tension of spring). When it is required to maintain

position under fault it is equipped with no spring type.It is mainly composed of cylinder body spring piston piston

rod front and rear cylinder head rack output shaft and other components.

Equipped with electrical regulator and air pressure reducing valve the regulation operation can be made by 0.4-0.7mpa air source.

The signal of industrial automation control system can be received by electrical regulator to accurately control

the valve opening so as to achieve the control of flow temperature pressure and other different process parameters.
