Zero buoyancy drag line description:
Zero buoyancy drag cables are used as drag cables for underwater robots and unmanned underwater detectors. Due to the need to soak underwater for a long time and move more with the underwater robot, the endurance of the underwater robot is limited when working underwater. Therefore, the cable is required to be made with zero buoyancy to reduce the operating burden of the equipment underwater. In addition, the cable is required to have good long-term underwater performance and good flexibility.
Zero buoyancy drag line structure:

• Conductor: Multi strand ultra-fine precision twisted oxygen free copper wire
• Conductor type: Bare copper wire
• Insulation: Special nitrile PVC blend or TPE (optional for customers)
• Color: The power cord is black and red, and the communication cord is distinguished by different colors
• Shielding: Tin plated copper wire textile shielding
• Density: above 85%
• Sheath: Polyurethane (PUR)
• Color: Yellow, other colors such as black, gray, orange are optional
• Rated voltage: 300/300V
• Test voltage: 2500V

Fixed installation -30 ℃ to+85 ℃

Mobile installation: -20 ℃ to+85 ℃
Bending radius:
Fixed installation: 5 x cable outer diameter (D)

Mobile installation:
When the stroke is less than 10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5 × d. When the stroke is greater than or equal to 10 meters, the bending radius is 10 × D
