Through high-temperature melting, reduction, and clarification at
1250–1500℃, valuable metals such as copper, iron, zinc, gold, and silver in the slag are efficiently enriched and recovered. The tailings
are directly granulated for building materials, realizing zero solid waste discharge and high-value metal utilization. Ideal for: Copper smelters, non-ferrous slag processing, hazardous waste
recycling, secondary metals and more. 1. Equipment Composition (Furnace Body + Auxiliary Systems)1.1 Furnace Body (Core)- Furnace Type: Three-phase sealed arc furnace / circular/rectangular depletion
furnace; direct hot slag feed for significant energy savings.
- Shell: 16–30mm thick steel plate with stiffeners for high rigidity and
deformation resistance.
- Lining: High-alumina bricks + carbon bricks + refractory castable, refractoriness ≥1550℃, excellent slag corrosion and thermal shock
resistance, service life ≥18 months.
- Roof: Fully sealed water-cooled roof with central electrode holes + temperature/feeding ports to
prevent flue gas leakage and meet environmental standards.
- Tapping Openings: Water-cooled + refractory lining; upper lean slag outlet, lower Cu-Fe alloy outlet; tapping temperature 1300–1450℃.
1.2 Electrode System- Electrodes: High-purity graphite electrodes, φ350–600mm, good conductivity, high temperature resistance, low consumption.
- Cross Arm: Water-cooled copper alloy, high current capacity, low impedance,
stable power supply.
- Lifting: PLC fully automatic closed-loop control for precise arc length and temperature regulation, fast response,
small fluctuation.

melting/reduction/clarification stages.
- Rated Current: 10000–40000A, low short-network impedance, high thermal

1.4 Hot Slag Feeding / Pretreatment (Optional)- Hot Slag Launder: 30–45° inclination, corundum ceramic lining; 1200–1400℃ hot slag direct feed eliminates cold slag reheating, saves 60%+ power.
- Cold Slag Crushing & Screening: Jaw crusher + vibrating screen, feed ≤300mm, discharge 5–25mm,
