At present, Chengdu Radartone Technology Co., Ltd. has two production lines, under normal circumstances, our company can produce existing products within three months, such as 50 UAV surveillance radars, 50 ground surveillance radars, 100 small security radars, and 100 through-the-wall radars. In order to cope with large-scale production tasks, we have reached a cooperation agreement with a Chinese aerospace unit, which can provide us with radar mass production services.

At present, Chengdu Radartone Technology Co., Ltd. has two production lines, mainly engaged in prototype trial production, batch production and product debugging.
Under normal circumstances, our company can produce existing products within three months, such as 50 UAV surveillance radars, 50 ground surveillance radars, 100 small security radars, and 100 through-the-wall radars.
In order to cope with large-scale production tasks, an agreement has been reached with a Chinese aerospace company to provide radar mass production services.
Production line process control includes process standards, modular design, and welding processes.
(1) Process Standards:
The production line strictly follows relevant process standards to carry out production work, controls the production process according to quality requirements, and prepares process documents. Before production, organize a product production meeting is organize to analyze and learn about product process requirements, production difficulties, and related documents, to ensure that there are no errors in the production process and no problems for production personnel.
(2) Modular Design:
In order to reduce production costs and assembly difficulties, all products are designed with modularization, serialization, and standardization in mind to reduce the difficulty of final assembly operations. Modules requiring special processing techniques are all outsourced, and standard external communication interfaces are reserved for the modules. During final assembly, only the defined wiring is required.
(3) Welding Process:
The final assembly requires manual welding technology, and all production personnel have received professional welding training. Our company has relevant welding process standards and quality inspection standards, which can effectively control the quality of manual welding technology.

Based on the requirements of the quality system, combined with the actual situation of the company, our company has established a quality control system covering the whole process of realizing our products, and passed the quality certification of GJB9001C-2017 standard in 2024. All products of our company are strictly in accordance with the provisions of the quality management system documents, from order evaluation, design and development, procurement, trial production, inspection and testing, delivery and after-sales service for the whole process of quality management and quality control.

Our company has established a quality management system organizational structure with the General Manager as the primary responsible person, and has a dedicated quality management department - the Quality Department. The Quality Department is responsible for the company's quality management, metrology management, technical file management, standardization and product quality inspection and testing work. In addition, our company has established the R&D Department, Marketing Department, Comprehensive Department and Finance Department as planning, supply, support and coordination departments. The R&D Department for Military Products and the R&D Department for Civil Products serve as research and production units to comprehensively carry out product research, production and service quality activities throughout the process.

Radartone Technology has innovatively developed international leading and domestic leading products such as optoelectronic imaging, thermal magnetic imaging (the only one in China with this technology), low-light imaging, ultra-short wave image transmission, Beidou communication, low-altitude warning radar, phased array radar, and UAV countermeasures.

2. Dong Shuai Yuan
Deputy General Manager of Chengdu Radartone Technology Co., Ltd. Graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor's degree. Obtained the title of Senior Engineer.
In 2008, served as the project manager for the TD-SCDMA network activation project of a certain mobile company.
In 2012, served as the project manager for the PTN core network project of a certain power group.
In 2017, served as a senior engineer for the S-band radar project at a certain maritime police station.
3. Peng Xiang Long
President of Chengdu Radartone Technology Co, Ltd, graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China with a Master's degree.
Obtained the titles of Engineer, Senior Engineer and Researcher-Level Senior Engineer.
1990~2000, served as a process engineer at 7102 Factory of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.
From 2003 to 2011, worked at the 10th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, engaged in military radar research and development work, serving as the overall chief designer or deputy chief designer for four projects.
2011~2023, worked at Chengdu Tianao Information Technology Co., Ltd., engaged in the research and development of military and civilian radar, serving as the chief designer in the radar field.
