Aluminum Tanker Workshp
The plasma cutting process is precise and perfect, with an accuracy of micrometers and millimeters, providing reliable guarantee for intelligent high-end manufacturing. We purchase domestic advanced automated production lines, introduce technical and management talents with high salaries, and adopt new processes to meet the needs of the future aluminum alloy hazardous chemical market. The weight of aluminum alloy vehicles is greatly reduced, the appearance is exquisite, the quality is reliable, and it has higher safety and practicality.
New Energy Vehicle Workshop
The new energy vehicle workshop covers an area of more than 500 mu and has more than 700 employees, including more than 50 professional and technical personnel and more than 300 skilled workers. There are new energy technology research and development centers, new energy parts testing centers, new energy vehicle assembly workshops, and vehicle off-line testing lines. The annual production capacity of pure electric special vehicles is more than 10,000 units. At present, more than 60 independent innovative new energy pure electric vehicle series products have been developed, including pure electric sprinkler trucks, sweepers, compressed garbage trucks, vacuum trucks, dust suppression trucks, hook-arm garbage trucks, closed garbage trucks, road maintenance trucks, and kitchen garbage trucks. The main pure electric chassis partners are BYD Commercial, Dongfeng Commercial, Dongfeng Shares, and Foton New Energy; relying on a mature and powerful supply chain, the monthly production capacity can reach 100 units, and 200 units in an emergency. Electrophoresis Workshop
The total investment of the electrophoresis workshop is 130 million RMB. The workshop is 168 meters long and 27 meters wide. It can complete the electrophoresis coating operation of workpieces with a length of 9 meters, a width of 3 meters, a height of 3 meters, and a weight of 5 tons. The annual production capacity is 20,000 hangs. It is currently the electrophoresis production line with the largest tank size, the most complete process, and the most advanced technology in Suizhou. Electrophoresis coating has the advantages of fast construction speed, reduced labor intensity, non-toxicity, and easy operation. It has excellent adhesion, and its anti-rust and corrosion resistance are better than ordinary paints and general construction methods.
About quality management: A. Feeding Workflow
Incoming materials: receive the inspection notice from the warehouse and prepare for acceptance;
Check the inspection report of the product: require the supplier to provide the product inspection report;
Judge: check whether the indicators on the product inspection report meet the requirements;
Qualified: sample inspection after the report is qualified;
Unqualified: notify the quality control supervisor;
Notify the warehouse and return the goods: fill in unqualified on the inspection notice; hand it over to the warehouse for return processing;

B. Production Process Workflow

Finished products: Semi-finished products are produced through qualified processes;
Inspection: Sampling and inspecting various indicators of finished products;
