Jarwin's current factory represents a significant investment of approximately $563 million USD, covering a planned area close to 190,000 square meters.

The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art production capabilities, including dedicated lithium battery manufacturing workshops, a complete lithium battery industry chain, and a research and development center.

The factory operates four advanced lithium-ion battery production lines with an impressive annual capacity of 6 GWh.

Jarwin also possesses both battery cell and battery pack manufacturing facilities, supporting flexible customization and OEM/ODM demands.

     Our factory ensures the highest quality control through a meticulous process. Each battery cell undergoes more than 20 production steps, 10 critical control procedures, and 4 inspection stages, resulting in the production of high-performance, high-quality cells and batteries.

     Leveraging our Enterprise Research Institute, provincial engineering research center, and postdoctoral workstation, our company has consistently invested in new product R&D for many years. We are committed to developing the next generation of energy storage and power battery products.

     With over 20 postdoctoral researchers, we focus on innovations for the next 3-5 years. Our annual investment in science and technology R&D is approximately ¥20 million. The R & D center has 147 sets of experimental and testing equipment, with a net value of 10 million yuan.

     Professor at Central South University, Ph.D. supervisor, leading talent in the "Ten Thousand Talents Program," and expert enjoying special government allowances. He serves as Chairman of the Metallurgical Physical Chemistry Academic Committee of the Chinese Society for Metals and is a Director of the China Lithium Battery Industry Association. Dr. Li focuses on the practical application of metallurgical physical chemistry principles to non-ferrous metal energy materials.

     Dr. Li has led over 40 major national and provincial projects, holds more than 100 patents, and has published over 300 SCI papers.His achievements include significant innovations in energy storage materials, chemical power sources, and efficient utilization of non-ferrous metal resources. He was the first contributor to the project "High Energy Density and High Safety Lithium-Ion Battery and Its Key Material Manufacturing Technology," which won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2008.
