Adhering to the core of "fine handcraftsmanship", each sink is fully controlled by senior artisans throughout the process: laser positioning-assisted manual cutting ensures contour accuracy reaches 0.1mm; curved corners undergo 36 manual polishing steps to achieve seamless and smooth transitions; scratch-resistant coatings are evenly applied by hand and cured at constant temperature to form a long-lasting protective layer.

Through process integration, the production line precisely controls the parameter connection between each link. For example, the stress relief process after shaping seamlessly coordinates with subsequent polishing procedures, avoiding dimensional deviation issues common in traditional production. It also retains the flexibility of manual customization, supporting adjustments to sink depth, basin partitioning, and drainage structure according to needs.
