and ensure a firm installation and a tight closure of the mold. Clean the work area: Remove debris and dust from the workbench to
ensure a clean and tidy work area. Check the lubrication system: Ensure that the lubrication parts of
the equipment have sufficient lubricating oil. Prepare raw materials: Place the metal sheet to be stretched on the
workbench and check its size and quality. - Startup of the equipment
Turn on the main power switch and start the control system of the
hydraulic press. Wait for the system initialization to complete and check whether
the parameters on the display screen are normal. - Parameter setting
According to the stretching process requirements of the metal sink,
input parameters such as stretching depth, pressure, speed, and
stroke in the CNC system. Confirm that the set parameters are accurate. - Loading and positioning
Place the metal sheet accurately on the mold and use the
positioning device to ensure the correct position of the sheet. - Start stretching
Press the start button and the hydraulic press starts to work. The movable crossbeam moves downward, driving the upper mold to
stretch the metal sheet. - Monitoring during the stretching process
Closely observe the operating status of the equipment during the
stretching process, including pressure changes, speed stability,
and accuracy of the stroke. Pay attention to the deformation of the metal sheet, whether the
stretching is uniform, and whether there are any defects such as
wrinkles or fractures. - Pressure holding stage
When the stretching reaches the predetermined depth, the equipment
enters the pressure holding stage and maintains the set pressure
for a period of time to fully deform the metal sheet. - Return and reset
After the pressure holding is completed, the movable crossbeam
moves upward and the mold resets. - Unloading and inspection
Carefully remove the stretched and formed metal sink and check
whether its size, shape, and surface quality meet the requirements. - Shutdown of the equipment
After completing the production tasks of the day, first press the
stop button to stop the equipment operation. Turn off the power of the control system and then turn off the main
power of the equipment. - Cleaning and maintenance of the equipment
Clean the waste and debris on the workbench. Clean and maintain the mold and apply anti-rust oil. Regularly check the hydraulic system, electrical system, and
mechanical components of the equipment and carry out necessary
maintenance and repair. For example, if local insufficient stretching of the metal sheet is
found during the stretching process, it may be necessary to adjust
the local pressure distribution of the mold or re-optimize the
stretching parameters; if the equipment has abnormal noise or
vibration, it should be shut down immediately for inspection, and
