Multi-station rice cooker heating plate casting machine is used to cast heating element,especially for rice cooker heating plate.

Product Advantages	With the design of turntable and manipulator, four sets of hollow heating plates with different sizes, powers and weights can be produced at the same time.
	High efficiency,it won’t take too much time to switch the mould. Four sets of heating plates of different sizes are produced at the same time, and the production can reach 2500 PCs per shift
	If the customer required single mold and huge productivity, we can customize it according to the customer's requirements, and produce four sets of products of the same size, and one shift output can reach 2500 PCs. (You can either decided to use four same molds or four different molds)
	According to the customer's existing mold design, only minor mold changes can be made, without too much investment in the mold
	According to the customer's mold design, the design of associated ejector pin can be customized, which can reduce the time for operators to knock the thimble and improve the production efficiency.
	One energy-saving electric melting and holding furnace produced by us can be work with two automatic centrifugal aluminum casting machines at the same time. The output of this combination can be reach about 5000 PCs/shift, which can save energy maximally.
