Product Description:

The MOC3062M is an optically coupled isolator consisting of an
infrared light emitting diode and an integrated detector with a
high-performance photo-Triac driver. The device is designed for
interfacing between electronic controls and power triac for the
purpose of load switching and phase control in applications such as
motor speed and lighting control. This device is also suitable for
applications where high noise immunity, high off-state dV/dt, and
low on-state RMS current are required.
