MOC3061M Power Isolator IC The MOC3061M is an optically coupled isolator containing a GaAsP
LED on the input side and a photo-triac on the output side. The
optically coupled isolator consists of a gallium arsenide infrared
emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon
detector/driver. The device is designed to be interfaced directly
to logic gates and other digital circuitry. Features: -Optically coupled isolator containing GaAsP LED on the input side
