Product Description:

The HCPL0601R2 is an optically coupled power isolator IC with an
integrated high-voltage and low-voltage MOSFET. It is designed to
provide an isolation barrier between two circuits, while at the
same time providing a high-current path between them. The device is
capable of operating at up to 600V and can handle up to 10A of
current.
