Product Description

The MOC3041M is a 6-pin, single-channel, optically isolated triac driver IC with an integrated zero-crossing detector. It is accurately matched to an infrared emitting diode which is optically coupled to a zero crossing detector. This IC is ideal for controlling resistive and inductive loads in medium power AC switching applications such as motor control, solid state relays, lamp control and heating control systems.
