TLP620-4X is a four-channel power isolator IC designed to provide isolation between low voltage digital signals and power signals. It features an integrated transformer which provides an isolation voltage of 4.5 kVrms and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device also offers wide frequency response and excellent surge immunity.
