The HCPL2631 Power Isolator IC is a high speed, optically-coupled gate drive isolation solution. This device provides an isolated power supply for digital or analog circuits and provides galvanic isolation of up to 2.5kVrms. The HCPL2631 features a high speed optocoupler, which has a propagation delay of 8.5ns, as well as a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The HCPL2631 is ideal for applications requiring high speed, high accuracy, and high reliability.
