Color can be made according to PANTONE code, or you can send us the color sample. There are three kinds of color effects: transparent, colorful translucent and solid color.

We provide a variety of surface treatment, including: matte finish, pearl color, frost-by color master, mold surface etched, metal color master, electroplated coated, etc.

As for logo methods, we can do screen printing, labeling, engraving, hot stamping, shrink label, transfer printing, and etc.

We always believe that quality is the life of our company. We are doing our best to implement ISO9001 international Quality Management System standard, 6S Management System standard and TQM comprehensive Quality Management System standard to make every product with steady quality, low cost and steady performance. We have a dust-free workshop for improving the product quality.

We use food grade plastic. We selects suppliers, and strictly manages and inspects each lot of raw materials purchased. Our professional QC will check the quality of raw material again before production.

We will make samples before mass production, so that you can check the quality, printing and do some testing . After samples approved, we will begin mass production.

To assure the high quality of the products before sending out, we do the 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing.

Appearance: 100% visual inspection and sensory analysis test;

Dimensions: Instrumental measurements analysis;

Stability: Adhesion test, press/rub test, vacuum test, heat seal test;

Compatibility: Leakage test, closure torque test, seal integrity test, compatibility test;

Customer Usability: Check and ensure that all components function correctly and harmoniously.

All of our products are high quality products that are rigorously controlled to meet a number of criteria. Inspection report follows for each order. You can also assign any third party to do your own inspection. If you have your own criteria, it is preferred to show us in advance. We can customize as per yours.

We have R&D team, our technical director have more than 15 years experience for design the mold, advanced CAD technical drawing and experienced mold maker, will bring you high quality mold design, and we can supply the perfect plastic injection production.

If you have your own cosmetic packing design, we can quickly complete high quality customer private mold. We can also do custom designs orders, can help you to make 3D file.

We always put quality first. From incoming raw material inspections, and the production process, to the quality control of the final product, our IQC, IPQC and OCQ staff follow each step strictly with a systematic measurement for quality assurance.

We have the professional QC dept. to make the 3 times tests before making bulk production. And we will also select and inspect the quality of bottles and lids one by one before packaging. We have 1:1 replacement for the defective ones.
