Production Line: The products and services we can provide contain light portal steel frames, industrial workshops of heavy crane work, civil steel structures with multilayer frames, superhigh&outsize steel structures, non-standard structure parts, spheronization of less than 200 mm and sandblasting and tempering of structure parts, etc.
The factory covers an area of 100000m2, including a construction area of 30000 ㎡ and a workshop of single largest span (24X4+21X2+15X1 )m, length of 240m and height of 18m, and the lifting capacity of 100 tons. We have more than 380 employees and an annual output of 20 thousand tons of steel construction.
About quality management: General fabrication main process of steel structure is divided into: material preparation →cutting→ assembling→ welding→ drilling → assembly → correction → shot blasting and rust removal → painting → number →component acceptance ex-factory.
In the steel structure production, according to the steel structure production process flow, grasp the key processes for quality control, such as control of key parts processing, main components of the process, measures, processing equipment, process equipment, etc. For each processing part, we can have strict inspection specifications.
Welding engineering is the most important link in steel structure fabrication and installation engineering. For the welding, We have our qualified CWI welding inspector to control the quality according to the AWS-D1.1/D1.5 welding quality system. Spot welding is strictly welded according to the AWS welding quality system.
