OEM process (Original Equipment Manufacturing):

1. Requirement confirmation: Confirming product requirements and specifications with the customer.

2. Design and development: Designing and developing the product based on the requirements.

3. Sample validation: Producing samples for validation and obtaining customer confirmation.

4. Contract signing: Signing an OEM contract with the customer.

5. Production preparation: Preparing necessary production equipment, materials, and processes.

6. Manufacturing production: Carrying out mass production according to the specified manufacturing process.

7. Quality control: Conducting quality inspection and testing to ensure compliance with standards.

7. Packaging and delivery: Packaging the products and delivering them to the customer as agreed upon.

LCM Process:

O2PLASMA: Using O2 to produce ionic plasma to clean organic matter from the surface of the glass terminal area.

IC Bonding: Attaching the DRIVER IC to the glass surface

ACF&FPC Bonding: Attaching the FPC to the glass terminal area

Silicone: Silicone adhesive is applied to the terminal area to protect the exposed ITO wires in the terminal area.

Blackout TAPE sticker: Apply masking tape to the reverse side of the IC terminals to prevent UV light damage to the IC.

Assembly: Backlighting according to the type of customer requirements. Steel frame. Touch screen. Assembling the components together.

Quality Control Process:

1. Incoming Inspection: Raw materials, such as glass substrates, TFT arrays, backlight modules, and electronic components, are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet the specified requirements and standards.

2. In-Process Inspection: During the manufacturing process, various inspections are performed at critical stages, including TFT array fabrication, liquid crystal filling, encapsulation, and assembly. These inspections verify the conformity of the components, alignment, bonding, and overall quality.

3. Functional Testing: LCD screens undergo functional tests to ensure that they meet the required performance standards. This includes testing for display resolution, color accuracy, brightness, contrast, response time, viewing angles, and any specific features or functionalities.

4. Reliability Testing: LCD screens are subjected to reliability tests such as temperature and humidity cycling, vibration and shock tests, and aging tests to assess their durability and long-term performance under various operating conditions.

5. Final Inspection: Before packaging, a final inspection is conducted to validate the overall quality, appearance, and functionality of the LCD screens. This may include visual inspection, functional testing, and measurement verification.

Inspection Machines:

Optical Inspection Machines: These machines utilize cameras, optics, and image processing algorithms to detect defects, such as dead pixels, color non-uniformity, scratches, and dust particles on the LCD screens.

Automatic Testing Equipment (ATE): ATE systems are used for functional testing, electrical measurements, and performance evaluation of LCD screens. They can assess parameters like pixel response time, contrast ratio, luminance, and power consumption.

Environmental Testing Chambers: These chambers simulate extreme environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity variations, to evaluate the LCD screen's performance and reliability under challenging operating environments.

Vibration and Shock Testers: These machines apply controlled vibrations and shocks to LCD screens to assess their resistance to mechanical stress and ensure their durability.

Aging Test Equipment: Aging tests involve running the LCD screens continuously for an extended period to evaluate their stability, performance degradation, and any potential issues that may arise over time.

R&D design process:

1. Requirement analysis: Clearly defining the LCD screen's use cases and functional requirements.

2. Conceptual design: Generating creative ideas and initial design based on the requirements.

3. Detailed design: Further elaborating on the LCD screen's structure, circuitry, control systems, etc.
