● Alumina copper material has the advantages of anti-softening,
ablation resistance, long service life, and high number of spot
welds.
● Electrode life is more than 5 times that of ordinary chrome
zirconium copper, reducing electrode downtime and grinding time.
● Battery spot welder adopts alumina copper material welding
needle, which improves the efficiency of automatic welding
production line, and does not bond the electrode when welding
coated metal, which provides a terminal solution for welding
galvanized steel, and is an indispensable electrode material for
welding galvanized steel, nickel-plated plate, nickel strip,
aluminum alloy, stainless steel, brass and so on.
● The softening temperature is up to 930°C, which is relatively
high among copper alloys, but lower than tungsten copper (1000°C)
● Aluminum oxide copper brazing pins have an electrical
conductivity of up to 85% IACS, with heat dissipation performance
between tungsten copper (220 W/m-k) and pure copper (390 W/m-k).
● Alumina brazing pins are suitable for spot welding between nickel
strips, nickel-permeable steel plates, coated steel strips and
other materials in battery production. It is used in the production
of batteries such as nickel gas batteries, nickel pot batteries,
polymer batteries, lithium batteries, etc., spot welding of
connectors, cores and extractors.
