Baggage Luggage Scanner Machine An electronic device that uses a conveyor belt to send the
inspected baggage into the X-ray inspection channel to complete the
inspection. When baggage enters the X-ray inspection channel, it
will block the package detection sensor, and the detection signal
is sent to the system control part to generate an X-ray trigger
signal, which triggers the X-ray source to emit an X-ray beam. A
fan-shaped X-ray beam passing through the collimator passes through
the inspected items on the conveyor belt. The X-rays are absorbed
by the inspected items and finally bombard the dual-energy
semiconductor detector installed in the channel. The detector
converts X-rays into signals. These very weak signals are amplified
and sent to the signal processing box for further processing. X-ray equipment has the capability to display material types in
different colors. 7 colors and Z-scan are designed to help operators detect a range
of dangerous liquid and explosives & narcotics respectively in
real time by marking a potential threat on the X-ray image.
