SWT-C eddy current flaw detector is specially used
for the quality control of cable core wire such as copper clad
aluminum, copper clad steel and other wire composite wire. It can
effectively detect the defects such as aluminum exposure on the
surface of the wire, copper layer fracture or slag inclusion,
crack, folding and heavy skin inside the core wire. The instrument
is equipped with an alarm that can issue a warning to the
exceedance defect in real time, and output the shutdown control
signal, so that the operator can deal with the fault.
