Descriptions
The eddy current non-destructive testing (NDT) device is
designed for the inspection of conductive materials, particularly
in detecting surface and near-surface defects in metals. It
utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate
eddy currents in the test material, allowing for precise evaluation
of material integrity.
The detection system can be equipped with high
precision delay marking module, speed measuring device, marking
machine and universal adjustable probe frame to realize eddy
current online automatic flaw detection.
The system has the function of synchronous alarm
output with internal and external clock control, and high precision
marking mark width can be controlled.Application fields:
non-destructive testing of pipe and bar in electric power, nuclear
industry, oil and gas industry, metallurgy, automobile, aerospace,
boiler, liquid gas transportation and other industries.
