The 180° peel strength ensures solid bond between the aluminum sheet and the plastic core material over extended use without any separation. After prolonged outdoor exposure, the panels will maintain stable color and gloss, with no flaking of the coating over a lifespan that surpasses two decades. The surface coating of these panels are designed to be corrosion-resistant to acids (10%H2S04), alkalis (10%NaOH), and saline fog; the PVDF fluorocarbon resin coating is further resilient. The wind load endurance of such aluminum composite panels meets the national grade A standard, making it a good choice for exterior decoration for high-rise building. Its central layer is composed of non-toxic polyethylene, and sandwiched between two non-flammable thin aluminum sheets — making it fire-proof so that smoke and toxic gases will be limited.
