Joyway industrial Co.,Ltd. was founded by two great ladies in 2012. Initially, we made the Polyurethane binder and rubber tiles for the playground and GYM. Because we focused on to provide the environmentally friendly polyurethane raw material for caring the safe and healthy of the children all over the world.
After decades of development and in response to market and customer demands, Joyway Group has expanded its product range and gradually established two specialized production bases focusing on polyurethane resin/ Polyurethane Pre-polymer and Rigid blend Polyols. At the same time, the Group provides partners with upstream and downstream raw materials for polyurethane production. So, currently, the main Polyurethane resin at below.
This comprehensive product portfolio not only meets industry demands but also positions the Group as a key integrated service provider in the polyurethane sector.
In 2021, in response to the market demand for high-quality polyurethane vibrating screens for mining applications, Joyway Group established a dedicated R&D team. This team focused on multiple aspects, including raw materials, molds, and casting platforms, leveraging its expertise in materials to break international monopolies. The result was the production of Polyurethane fine screens characterized by small aperture mesh sizes, excellent elasticity, long service life, and high cost-effectiveness. In the same year, Joyway Group Chemical founded its subsidiary, Qinjin Qixing Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., and formed a joint venture with its Indian partners to establish a production base in India. This China-India collaboration aims to broaden perspectives and provide high-quality, durable screening equipment for the mining industry and related sectors. Additionally, we offer a variety of screening equipment for the mining industry, such as linear screens, banana screens, vibrating screens ect. We are committed to delivering comprehensive screening solutions to our customers! Currently，Our products are widely used in industries such as mining, coal,aggregates,chemicals and construction.
We have various polyurethane screen panel like Urethane Screen Panel,Polyurethane Tension Screen,Polyurethane Dewatering Screen Panel,Modular Polyurethane Screen,Flip-Flow Screen and TPU wire mesh.
