production line in Asia, 1120 machines, and 30 machines /40
machines /45 machines /60 machines /90 machines and other
continuous pipeline 7, using plasma + argon arc welding (P+T)
straight seam welding technology, can process and produce the wall
thickness of 0.35mm-10mm, diameter of 8mm-426mm titanium tubes; And
has universal testing machine, ultrasonic inspection, eddy current
inspection, underwater airtight and other testing equipment.
The company produces titanium welded pipes in strict accordance
with the Chinese national standard GB/T3625 and the American
standard ASTM B338. The product specifications include (diameter
8mm-1016mm, wall thickness 0.35mm-60mm), of which φ8mm-φ426mm can
be produced online. Titanium welded pipes Φ80-φ159 and other
specifications are widely used in automobile exhaust pipes, and the
products are exported to Southeast Asia, the United States and
Europe and other international markets; φ8-φ45 small-diameter
welded pipes are widely used in refrigeration and heating
industries such as condensers and heat exchangers. Other
specifications titanium and nickel-based alloy welded pipe is
widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, power engineering,
seawater desalination, environmental protection equipment, daily
necessities and other fields.
