The results show that under the same cooling rate, the straightening deformation effect of U profile is good with the straightening temperature increasing. At the same heating temperature, with the decrease of cooling rate, the resilience after high temperature straightening deformation is smaller, and the straightening deformation effect of U profile is better. When the straightening heating temperature is 720℃ and the cooling rate is 30℃/min, the straightening U profile meets the relevant requirements of AMS2245 "Dimensional Tolerance of Titanium and titanium alloy extrusion bars, bars and profiles"; The straightening heating temperature is not higher than 720℃, and the straightening process does not change its structure and properties.
