Production Line: We have three production lines for Welded H beam assembly, including flaming cutting machines, assembly machines, submerged arc welding machines, straightening machines, as well as sand blasting machine. One shearing machine for cutting connection plates, one advanced CNC drilling machine for drilling holes.

Structural steel fabrication quality control:- 100% testing dimension tolerance <3mm
- 20% sample welding line ultrasonic testing, no fault, full penetration
- 20% magnetic powder testing, no bubble, no defect, Smooth and Full
- Supply third-party inspection assistance.
Anti-corrosion system quality control:- Shot blasting to reach grade Sa. 2.5, surface metal luster, no rust, no oil dirt, no welding spatter, Roughness >75um
- Apply primer paint within 4 hours after shot blasting, Holiday-free coatings, smooth, No dust, Dry Film Thickness (DFT) >75μm.
Pre-assembly testing the connection details:For special shaped steel structures components, we apply pre-assembly test in workshop before package and delivery.
