controlled by SIEMENS PLC system, Mitsubishi frequency conversion
control element. 2.The high clamping force for the production of every kind of EVA items and it enhances the machine’s potential performances, thus achieving the optimum configuration to respond effectively, flexibly and speedily to the latest market demands. 3. Hydraulic management controlled by permanent magnet brushless motors (SERVO-MOTORS) which, in addition to energy saving, completely eliminates the annoying noise normally generated by conventional hydraulics. 4. Each mould-holder fits 2 moulds, Automatic compensation of the mould plates,Fast opening of mould-holders thanks to toggle system,350 mm opening stroke. 5. One station with one set mold,pressure, time of moulding,mould temperature and cooling time all controlled independently, which can make the outsole perfect.Finished product ratio can up to 98%. 6. Automatic system for open and close mold will reduce labor intensity a lot. 7.
