Product Description:
Potassium fulvate instant powder is primarily produced using
lignite—a mineral rich in natural fulvic acid—as its core raw
material. The production workflow follows a streamlined,
efficiency-focused process to preserve active components and
enhance product performance:
First, raw lignite is crushed into fine particles and blended with
a potassium hydroxide solution of pre-determined concentration.
After the chemical reaction reaches completion, the mixture
undergoes centrifugation to separate residual solids; these
leftovers are repurposed for making extruded granules, ensuring
zero waste in production.
Next, the purified potassium fulvate stock solution is processed
through a triple-effect evaporator to concentrate it to the target
production standard. This concentrated solution is then fed into a
spray dryer, where a natural centrifugal atomizer breaks it down
into tiny droplets. As these droplets come into contact with hot
air inside the dryer, water evaporates instantly, forming potassium
fulvate instant powder.
This spray-drying method offers key benefits: the powder is heated
uniformly, cutting down drying time significantly. Compared to
potassium fulvate flakes and regular powder variants, the instant
powder maintains a higher concentration of active ingredients. Its
small, consistent particle size and rapid dissolution rate also
make it an ideal ingredient for water-soluble fertilizers—ensuring
even coloration and a polished final product appearance.

Potassium fulvate instant powder has the following main functions:
1. Soil Enhancement & Fertility Boost
This instant powder drives the formation of soil aggregate
structures, strengthening the soil’s ability to retain water and
nutrients. It eases soil compaction and mitigates salinization
issues, creating a healthier growing foundation. Additionally, it
activates the activity of soil microbes—including bacteria and
actinomycetes—speeding up the conversion of soil nutrients into
forms crops can use.
2. Root & Seedling Growth Promotion + Stress Resistance Upgrade
It stimulates crop root systems: lengthening main roots and
triggering lateral root sprouting to boost the roots’ capacity for
water and nutrient uptake. By regulating crops’ internal
physiological processes, it also enhances their tolerance to cold,
drought, and attacks from diseases and pests.
3. Nutrient Absorption & Utilization Improvement
The powder chelates insoluble nutrients in soil (such as calcium,
magnesium, iron, and other trace elements), making them easier for
crops to absorb. When used with chemical fertilizers, it cuts down
on fertilizer loss and raises the fertilizer utilization rate by
15%-30%.
4. Crop Quality & Yield Increase
It encourages crops to flower and fruit, boosting fruit sweetness
(e.g., raising the sugar content of fruits and vegetables by 1-2
degrees) and enhancing color. It also reduces fruit deformities,
extends shelf life, and typically increases overall crop yield by
10%-20%.
Usage method:
1. Foliar Spraying
(1)Dilution Ratio: Mix 1g of the product with 1-1.5kg of water,
achieving a 1000-1500x dilution.
(2)Per-Hectare Dosage: Use 750-1200g of product per application,
diluted in 750-1500kg of water total.
(3)Application Period: Spray once during the seedling stage,
jointing stage, and booting stage respectively, with 10-15 days
between each spray.
(4)Key Note: Skip foliar spraying during the crop’s fruit-setting
period. This prevents the liquid from touching the fruit surface
directly, which could cause staining.
2. Flush/Drip Irrigation
(1)Per-Hectare Dosage: Apply 1.5-3kg of product per use, mixed with
irrigation water for distribution.
(2)Application Period: Use once in the seedling stage and once in
the growth stage. Avoid applying during the crop’s peak flowering
period.
3. Seed Dressing/Seed Soaking
(1)Seed Soaking: Prepare a 500x diluted solution, soak seeds in it
for 4-6 hours, then sow immediately. This boosts germination
rates.
(2)Seed Dressing: For every 1kg of seeds, use 2-3g of the product.
Mix thoroughly with seeds before sowing.
