4. Shampoo Bottle Technology

Injection blow molding/extrusion blow molding: This is the most important molding technology. After heating and melting the plastic particles, they are injected or extruded into the mold and then blown into shape with high-pressure air.
Co extrusion technology: It can manufacture multi-layer composite plastic bottles, such as adding barrier materials (EVOH) in the middle layer to enhance the barrier performance against oxygen and aroma.
Surface decoration: Screen printing, heat transfer printing, labeling, in mold labeling (IML) and other technologies can be used for decoration, among which IML technology can embed the label into the bottle body, which is wear-resistant and cannot fall off.
Recycling technology: Using rPET (recycled polyester) or PCR (post consumer recycled resin) materials to make packaging bottles is an important technology in the current environmental trend.
