This is a large-capacity, highly intelligent heavy material transfer equipment with a rated load capacity of 20 tons. 
Load capacity: Rated at 20 tons. The vehicle frame is made of high-strength steel, ensuring stable and reliable load-bearing. 
Navigation method: Standard equipped with laser SLAM natural navigation, no need for ground markers. It can autonomously avoid obstacles and dynamically plan the route. Optional QR code/magnetic nail navigation can achieve higher precision. 
Drive system: Powered by high-power servo motors, combined with heavy-duty polyurethane wheels or McNamee wheels, it operates smoothly and provides precise positioning. 
Power system: High energy density lithium iron phosphate battery pack, supports automatic charging, enabling continuous operation 24/7. 
Control system: On-board intelligent controller, capable of executing individual tasks independently or integrating with the central dispatch system to enable coordinated operations among multiple vehicles.

Fully automated unmanned handling: According to the task instructions, it automatically travels to the designated location for loading, transportation, and unloading, without any manual intervention throughout the process.
Intelligent path planning and obstacle avoidance: The laser radar perceives the environment in real time, automatically plans the optimal path, and actively detours or stops when encountering people or obstacles.
High-precision positioning and docking: By integrating laser and encoder data, it achieves precise docking, facilitating automatic docking with production lines, shelves, and elevators.
Multi-vehicle collaboration and traffic control: After connecting to the central dispatching system, it can manage the collaborative operations of multiple vehicles, intelligently avoiding at intersections and narrow passages to prevent congestion and collisions. 
Security Configuration: 
360° all-round safety protection: Front/Back main laser radars (for long-distance detection) + Side laser/ultrasonic sensors (for close-range supplementary coverage) + Full vehicle mechanical anti-collision strips (for physical contact protection).
Sound and light warning system: Clear sounds and lights are provided during operation, turning, and reversing.
Emergency stop: Multiple emergency stop buttons are set around the vehicle body, and the remote control (if optional) also has the emergency stop function.

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
